Certain deck concepts have been used throughout time as very 
efficant Type II decks.  A few of these are new (Oath Tech & Cataclysm), the rest have been around since before the last major changes in Type II (during the Ice Ace, Fallen Empires, 
Homelands, & Alliances were legal). 

I have updated these with all Type II legal sets (MirViLight, Rath 
Cycle, 5th Edition).  There are many things that will be different from 
deck to deck, but the concepts will never change. 

I will give a list of good cards to use in the deck, some good 
sideboard cards, tell you how to play the deck, & give an 
example of a good deck and sideboard.
